Procedure:
1. Stand with feet together. Inhale, raise arms above head.
2. Exhale, fold forward from the pelvis, and reach out in front of you. Keep knees and back straight.
3. Come down as far as possible, and grab the backs of the legs. Pull head in and breathe deeply. Hold the posture.
4. To come out of the pose, inhale and reach forward from the pelvis. Stretch arms over the head.

Benefits:
The Hands to Feet Pose trims the waist and stretches the legs, as well as increases the flow of blood to the brain.
